Instructions
  1. Cook noodles to packet directions, prepare vegetables. Heat oil in a wok or nonstick fry pan,add shallots cook for one minute. Add garlic, ginger, chilli, toss through , add remaining ingredients (except coriander) Drain egg noodles, add to the vegetables toss through, garnish with coriander and serve.
Recipe Notes

You can add more chilli or even a light sprinkle of chinese 5 spice powder (add to wok with garlic and ginger) all ingredients including vegetables are a personal choice !
