Beef Cheeks
  1. Preheat oven to 160c / 325F put beef cheeks in a medium deep casserole pot, in a glass bowl add remaining ingredients, stir well and pour over cheeks, place in oven and cook for 3 to 4 hours or until cheeks are tender,adding water if needed. When cooked remove star anise and cinnamon stick. Serve with vegetables.

  1. Bake sweet potato ( with skin on) in oven for 40 minutes or until soft, cool for 10 minutes peel away the skin and put sweet potato into a bowl, mash with a tablespoon of butter and season with sea salt and cracked pepper, cover and set aside. Steam the remaining vegetables .
