  1. Preheat oven to 180c, in a roasting pan add sweet potato, onion, carrot and garlic drizzle with oil and bake for 15 minutes. Put vegetables in a large pot ( remove skin from garlic) you only need the flesh, add celery and smoked paprika, stir to combine add stock and simmer until sweet potato is soft, cool slightly. Puree soup until smooth, return to pot and stir in chorizo, season and simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle soup into bowls and drizzle with a little honey, top with picked parsley leaves and serve with char grilled ciabatta slices.
