  1. Sear steak in a hot pan 3 minutes each side, cover and set aside for 15 minutes to rest. Mix soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic and ginger, adjust to taste. Cut steak into thin slices, chop roughly and toss through marinade, set aside.Preheat oven to 180c, push wonton wrappers into the mini muffin tin, cook wontons for 5 minutes,turn tray and cook for another 5 minutes or until golden, cool. Put crushed nuts into a pan and cook till lightly browned, put onto a plate to cool. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl, add steak, reserving marinade. Toss to combine, fill wonton wrappers with steak mixture, pour over 1/4 teaspoon of marinade into each one ,top with nuts and serve.

wontonPush the wonton wrappers to the side of the mini muffin tin , so you have enough room for the filling.
